If you are not sure if you know how to do something, or it's the first time you are doing something, this is the place to try it out.  :happy face

Just hit "Post Reply," and then go ahead!

You can always delete it later, by clicking on the "Delete this Post" icon, which looks like a "X" in a square  (found at the bottom right corner of your comment box).

I don't know... In my language, the word "basket" also exists but it has only one meaning : "basketball" (and, when we talk about that sport, we almost always use the word "basket" instead of "basketball"). I think that's the reason why I've directly thought about basketball when I saw a section "basket" on the homepage :amused

That makes sense.  :happy face

The word basket was chosen by the site (Forumotion) for things that you want to put in the basket, but don't necessarily want to delete.

Also, here is info about "Early Voting" (voting allowed before Election Day, November 6, 2018): https://www.vote.org/early-voting-calendar/
Last updated on October 9, 2018

What is Early Voting?

Early voting takes place in person before Election Day. You don’t need an excuse to vote early — you can vote early even if you are capable of voting at the polls on Election Day. Most states offer early voting at this point.

What if your state doesn’t offer early voting?

If your state doesn’t offer early voting, and you can’t vote in person on Election Day, you can order an absentee ballot and vote by mail.
Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, South Carolina, and Virginia will let you vote in-person using an absentee ballot as long as you have a valid excuse for not voting on Election Day.  This isn’t early voting — since you need an excuse — but it is a valid option if you can’t vote on Election Day.
Go to this website to see if your state allows early voting and if early voting is allowed, when could you start voting at certain locations: https://www.vote.org/early-voting-calendar/
