All audio was ripped from her videos which you can find here (go watch), except the Ingrid Michaelson solo number, which I took from a random stranger - Jenn had to rest her arms some time.
This download contains the entire set Darren performed along with all of the guest stars. At some point I may put up the songs individually, but I don’t think I’ll get to it today, so if you don’t want them all just delete them individually once you’ve got the whole set.

On Sunday night, stars including Lea Michele, Alan Cumming and Darren Criss gathered in Central Park’s SummerStage to perform songs from the stage and screen at Elsie Fest - the first outdoor music festival for show tunes. The stars and VIP guests enjoyed the show backstage while sipping on Kim Crawford Wines.
5,000 fans turned out for the 3rd Annual Elsie Fest, the brainchild of Darren Criss, talent manager Ricky Rollins and Broadway producer and Jujamcyn Theaters President Jordan Roth, and were treated to a mini Glee reunion when Ryan Murphy, the show’s creator, took the stage to introduce Lea Michele with fellow Glee alums Darren Criss and Jenna Ushkowitz watching from the wings.
Waitress star Keala Settle brought the house down when she performed “This is Me,” for the first time live, from the upcoming Twentieth Century Fox feature, The Greatest Showman, which features an original score by Oscar, Golden Globe and Tony Award winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Dear Evan Hansen, La La Land), including the title track “This Is Me,” sung by Keala.
Performers included Alan Cumming, Jeremy Jordan, Lea Michele, Darren Criss, Moana’s Auli'i Cravahlo, Ingrid MIchaelson, Norm Lewis, Keala Settle and more.
Take a look at the most memorable moments from Elsie Fest!

So I’m standing there, second row centre (yes, it is worth spending literally 11 hours on my feet to ensure that my 4′11″ miniscule self can see), in the middle of Keala Settle’s unreal performance of Pasek and Paul’s new song, This Is Me, and I turn to @room108 bug eyed and shaking my head and say “I cannot believe how f***ing amazing this (Elsie) is.”
Surprise after surprise. Hit after hit. Truly guys - Darren has created something so magical. I was blown away.
I like to try to give those who couldn’t come a sense and details that I haven’t seen around. So without further ado - the good, the really good, and the best:
1. The politics - Given the current dystopia that is the United States right now, Alan Cumming and Norm Lewis in particular, wove politics into their performances, elevating the whole thing from ‘yay fun day with Broadway songs!’ to feeling like somehow coming together to sing was part of the resistance. It made me happy to be there:
Alan Cumming referenced I believe it was “calm before the storm” and “you’ll find out” tongue in cheek at his intro (can others remember the details of this?) and noted that while today was to celebrate, we need to resist all that is going on. In his set, he told us about a law coming into effect today in Mississippi that will allow employers to discriminate against LGBT employees and will allow doctors to refuse treatment to LGBT people (??!!!). So he said he’s singing a song he only sings for special occasions like weddings, as a form resistance - ‘What More Can I Say?’ from Falsettos as it’s a same sex love song written from a male for another male.
Norm Lewis chose the aptly titled ‘What’s Goin’ On?’ and used it as a political message - At the end of the song he sang: ‘what’s goin’ on?…ISIS. what’s goin’ on? Russia, what’s goin’ on? Throwin’ paper towels. What’s goin’ on? Las Vegas….Watch here. You can see him kneel and make a fist in the air at the very end. Resist.
2. The Moments - So many but just a few that come to mind:
Keala Settle and Norm Lewis coming out pre-show during the Marie’s Crisis sing-a-long to join us for ‘One Day More’
Etai Benson thanking his roomie from college, Darren and vice versa
The true surprise and glee of Elvis Duran talking about who would introduce Lea Michele… “here to introduce our next performer blah blah blah and this guy thought it would be a good idea to cast Darren as a murderer…Mr. Ryan Murphy” - Shit son. I was stoked that he was there.
While we knew Jenna was there from tweets, wasn’t clear she was going to sing and then in the midst of Darren’s set, Darren introducing Granger Danger “blah blah blah and for those who wanted Glee and Starkid world’s to merge, here it is - Jenna Ushkowitz is going to sing this song with me”. So much excitement. Fun fun.
The sweat literally POURING from Darren during Cough Syrup. Just watch that guy perform - wow.
ONE OF MY FAVE THINGS - Darren’s serious and true reverence of and love for Ingrid Michaelson. So Darren is very often the goof in the face of praise, turns serious-ish things a bit jokey etc…But not in the face of Ingrid Michaelson - Introduces her as one of the greatest songwriters he knows, whom he aspires to, loves her voice, so brilliant. And he told a story of how on Glee, they were talking about their fave long songs of all time, and her song “The Way I am” was his choice - and then they sang it. It was just lovely to see him so serious and reverent.
Auli’i Cravhalo correcting Darren - Moana is not a princess, she’s a heroine. And her trio with Chuck and Darren on Lost Boys Life was gorgeous.
Chuck and Darren saying “I love you” to each other as Chuck left the stage after Lost Boys Life. And Chuck’s Lea Michele cut off tee that Darren pointed out - so perfect!
That Pasek and Paul song - This is Me - sung by Keala Settle is the fucking bomb. Seriously amazing.
Of course Darren’s Tom Petty encore - acoustic, alone - and his voice was so beautiful.
3. The Flow - Two things I thought worked so well that were different from other years - 1. Having two current Broadway shows (Miss Saigon and The Band’s Visit) perform a bit from each show, 2. Having a bunch of the guest stars perform with Darren - This made Darren’s set really long and satisfying AND we got to watch all the interactions between them. Really loved it.
4. The Glee of it all - As a glee fan, it was pretty impossible not to have all the feels…Darren and Lea sound amazing together (kill me with Falling Slowly), Ryan Murphy (what?!), surprise Jenna. What was particularly nice for me was - two years after show is over - to see them together, supporting each other and having fun - I have always found the tumblr drama around who talks to whom/does this person not tweeting mean they hate so and so, silly. You know, I don’t think they’re besties. But they like each other and we got to see it. It’s so nice. And also Ryan Murphy coming out to see Darren’s creation with Darren in his element - I just thought that was really awesome. And hanging with my fellow tumblr geriatrics all day - cherry on top.
The show was truly something special. Magical. The venue was challenging for those who weren’t willing or able to stand for very long periods of time and it was also impossible to get in and out of the venue - you may not peee! Or eat! But if needed people sat in bleachers in the back and the rest of us survived with the huge adrenaline rush.
Darren has created something unique and a gift to gleeks, broadway fans, and Darren fans. And I hope I get to go again.

A few reviews from the BroadwayWorld message board (see link: https://www.broadwayworld.com/board/readmessage.php?thread=1103115#4956984 )
Drama Teach wrote: Jeremy Jordan: The man's voice is out of this world. He is, in my opinion, the strongest young talent out there. He sang "Broadway, Here I Come," "At Last," "Shiksa Goddess," "Semi-Charmed Life" (Third Eye Blind cover), and ended with a Disney medley that really showed off the heights of his voice on numbers like "Go the Distance." He was tied for my favorite of the night.
The Band's Visit: Since I haven't seen the show yet, I can't say too much, but it was Etai Benson and one other young guy who sang a song about not being able to be around girls. It was adorable, and all the people around me were commenting on their desire to get tickets.
Lea Michele: She started with "Rain On My Parade" which was very weather-appropriate. She did one of her own songs that didn't go over very well, "Maybe This Time," "Falling Slowly" with Darren Criss, and ended with "My Man" bookending her performance with Barbra numbers. There was one other song in there, but I don't remember what it was. She was fine . . .
Alan Cumming: He was tied with Jeremy Jordan for my favorite of the night. He's so witty and passionate when he performs that it was just a joy. He started with "Somewhere Only We Know" which was a beautiful cover of the Keane song before going into "Mein Herr," a Sondheim medley that proved they're basically all the same song, "What More Can I Say," "Ladies Who Lunch," and maybe one other. He made political speeches before the numbers imploring the audience to speak up against the new LGBTQ ruling that passed in South.
Miss Saigon: . . . He [Alistair Brammer] and Eva [Noblezada] did "Last Night of the World," and then Eva did "I'd Give My Life For You" or whatever that song is called.
Darren Criss: His set was the longest, but the man deserved it. He's put these shows together for the last few years, and he works his behind off. He also had lots of guests to help keep things moving. Auil'i Cravalho joined him for "How Far I'll Go" from Moana and a song from his album. Norm Lewis joined him for . . . "What's Goin' On" . . . Ingrid Michaelson came out for "A Whole New World," "The Way I Am" and then did a beautiful solo number on "Somewhere That's Green." Keala Settle came out to preview the song she sings in The Greatest Showman. On top of all that, Darren also did "Circle of Life," "Cabaret," "One Fine Day," "I Dreamed a Dream," "Teenage Dream," and a few of his own songs. The man doesn't stop.
Overall: I was worried that the shortened time this year would mean less acts, but they managed to fit lots of different people into the time they had. Summerstage isn't my favorite venue, as the bleacher seats aren't in a prime location (yet you pay more for them) and people are basically on top of each other, but I was happy to have those over the general admission tickets. It was a full house! I was also happy to hear them announce Elsie Fest 4. Already dreaming of who I want there.
mpkie wrote: DramaTeach said: "Jeremy Jordan: The man's voice is out of this world. He is, in my opinion, the strongest young talent out there. "
His set was worth the price of admission. I'd put his "At Last" up there with other similarly epic renditions like, "It's All Coming Back to Me," "Total Eclipse of My Hear" (my fave), and "Let It Go."
His voice is damn flawless and he emotes like no other. And has charm for days. I'm still sour as all heck they didn't bring Jeremy over to Broadway with Finding Neverland. I desperately need to see him in some awesome musical as leading man.
Switching gears, Keala Settle and "This Is Me"... I think Paul and Pasek might have done it again. Another best song nod? It also happens to be incredibly radio-friendly.

Alan Cumming and Norm Lewis are clearly in leagues of their own. Keala as well - I hate the trite song but love the performance. She’s a star.
Darren was clearly the most comfortable with the stage - he’s the only one that really used it. Some interesting song choices from him. I didn’t know he wrote songs as well and his own were the highlight- but I’m not a Disney fan.
Ingrid is amazing as well, though I was hoping for some Comet.
I wasn’t a fan of the venue, I’ll admit. A chair would have been lovely. Also not a fan of the Marie’s Crisis singalongs - I came to hear people who can sing.
Jjohansan wrote: I have to say Ingrid Michaelson's rendition of "Somewhere That's Green" was definitely the highlight of the night. She began by saying that she lost her father recently and that it was one of his all time favorite songs. She was crying by the end of the song and had the audience in tears.
